Shipping Rates

• UPS/USPS Ground: Continental US only
  $10.00 for first item, $2.50 for each additional item
• UPS/USPS Ground: Alaska and Hawaii
  $30.00 for first item, $9.00 for each additional item
• UPS Standard: Canada
  $20.00 for first item, $5.00 for each additional item
  Please note that all orders shipped outside of the US may incur taxes/duties, which will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• Overnight and 2nd Day Air
  Price varies according to geographical location. Please indicate if you would like to use this method, and we will quote you a price before shipping.
• International Orders
  $50.00 for first item, $5.00 for each additional item
  These can be sent USPS Priority Mail International (7-14 days to country). Please note that all orders shipped outside of the US may incur taxes/duties, which will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• Store Pick Up
  If you order is not picked up within 7 days of your purchase the order will be sent to your address via UPS Ground with shipping charges. For any other pick up arrangements, please call 212.857.9753.

All Overnight and 2nd Day Air orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day.

Return Policy

All returns must be received in the original shrink-wrap or in the same condition that they left ICP, or restocking fees will apply.

• Books and gifts may be returned within 30 days of the receipt date; please call 212.857.9753 for a return authorization.
• Limited edition titles and sale items are final.
• Opened DVD/videos are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturer defect.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We suggest you insure and package your return shipment carefully. ICP does not assume responsibility for returns damaged in transit; restocking fees will be applied to damaged items.
• Include a copy of your receipt in the box; please call 212.857.9753, if you are unable to locate it.
• If you received your order damaged, please notify us within 10 days of receipt otherwise ICP will not credit merchandise.
